We just moved to our new home in Magnolia (Lakes at Black Oaks) and getting hit with exorbitant rate increase was definitely a terrible way to get introduced to Aqua Texas. It is ridiculous that our rates will yet increase again unless PUC stops this nonsense – we should not have to pay for improvements made in other regions of TX, especially when we do not use as much water as west, or central TX. Cost of living is already way too high to be dealing with even higher water bill – and its not like we can choose providers. Something has to be done!!!!
