Protestor / Intervenor Form – This form enables Aqua Texas to register their protest against the higher rates. It also enables a rate payer to become an intervenor, granting certain additional rights for case proceedings.

Aqua tech rates are already higher than most of Texas. They do not follow Texas laws, example supplying Aqua tech customers with yearly water quality reports and don’t consider using equipment to clear land as digging creating serious water leak when tree with 5 foot root span is uprooted. Therefore contractor wasnt fined water loss was written off. This was reported to PUC approximately May of 2022.

Water rates are high enough. This is a tax or fee increase and not needed I minimize my water usage at this time and cannot cut it lower.
